Assignment Appeal Form

Please send us your appeal within five working days of receipt of your assessment result.

Your appeal should include all pertinent information to assist the Academic Committee in considering your result. This should include:

• Reason for your appeal
• Any other information that would assist the Academic Committee in better understanding your appeal.
